HOW IT WORKS
PC-to-Phone, often referred to as Internet calling, offers the lowest rates in the world for international and domestic calling. Make low-cost calls to any phone number in the world from any country in the world. All you need to make PC-to-Phone calls: - a computer with a microphone and speaker - Internet access (dialup or broadband) - Sign up with an Electops account Once your payment has been processed, we will email you the username and password to login to the site. There are two ways to start calling: 1. Login - web dialer Go to Electops web site. Enter your username and password on the homepage and click 'login'. The first time to access your account, a small program will be downloaded to your computer. 2. Login - software dialer Download Electops FREE Software here and install it. Start the software, enter your username and password into the dialer and click 'login'. If you are the only person using your PC, to save time, you can check the 'remember password' box. You are now logged in to your Electops account and can start placing calls! To make calls, enter the full international number and then click 'call'. Please follow the rules bellow when entering the number: » If dialling France from United Kingdom, you would dial 0033 plus the number » If dialling United Kingdom from USA, you would dial 01144 plus number » DO NOT enter spaces between numbers e.g. 001 555 376 2297 » DO NOT enter a + sign e.g. +001 555 376 2297 » DO NOT enter dashes e.g.001-555-376-2297 » DO NOT use brackets e.g. 001(555)3762297 You can use the * and # whilst in conversation to access additional telephone features such as voicemail options and call centre options (if supported by the number you are calling).
